Assessment Workshops

Guidance document presenting reference activities & participatory material specifications to guide assessment workshops.

Aim: Conduct two assessment workshops (AW1 with Children age 0-5 + caregivers; AW2 with Children age 6-12) to refine understanding of ECD challenges and opportunities in the selected neighbourhood and engage community in participatory mapping and solution development.

Tasks:

- Identify and contact administrators & educators at local schools to engage children and caregivers for Assesment Workshops

Assessment Workshop 1 (AW1) - (Children age 0-5 + caregivers):

· Agree date, time and location for AW1.

· Confirm attendance numbers for AW1.

· Develop constant forms for AW1 participants.

· Agree distribution date + recovery date for AW1 information & consent forms.

· Develop materials for AW1

Assessment Workshop 2 (AW2) - (Children age 6-12):

· Agree date, time and location for AW2.

· Confirm attendance numbers for AW2.

· Develop constant forms for AW2 participants.

· Agree distribution date + recovery date for AW2 information & consent forms.

· Develop materials for AW2
